I dunno... the BG has nice texture, just seems off with the neon.

The font doesn't really match.

I figure something more noble or dark would go with Vader and Obi Wan.

The font looks as if it belongs on a sports car, the background is way to complex compared with the lightsabers, and the characters, and its not blended nicely either.

Well to be honest I don't really like it.
The bg doesn't fit the font or the renders. The font, like jp said, looks like something that belongs to sports cars. And the renders, well some maybe thing they are good but I don't like Star Wars so that maybe has something to do with it.
