hmmm nice brush work (i assume its brushing) i really need to get me some new brushes....do you know where i could get some new ones >.>

anyway looks pretty nice, colors match kakashi, font matches the whole thing, you didnt forget the 1 px border, picture is nice quality, background is awesome....9.5/10

well, this one looks pretty good, the bg is nice , but kakashi isnt blended in that well.
also, the red sharingan on the right doesnt really seem to fit in the sig.
its stil nice dough

With the siwft one you have let a character pop out, but the sleeve of the character is cut off at the bottom...that looks a bit weird imo.

first one: pretty clean sig but theres something about the typography.
second one: looks pretty good all together.. as you stated the error on the left and please work on your brushing.
third one: not much to it, its basically brushing mad but with no variation and blend in the image better

I dont like the third one you posted. The BG looks all random and has no real flow, and the character dosent fit with a BG like that.

with the line tool, a circular brush, and the smudge tool.

yeah i know i need to work on my brushing lol
