Hey in this Picture of the Week,

is that Goku Super Saiyan 1 or Super Saiyan 2? I think it's 2 cause of his HP but I just want to make sure. So please don't get mad at me for asking . And one more question, (this is kind of stupid but here it goes) is that picture from ESF 1.3?
