English Translation:

If somebody with the e-mail address: lord_in_utero@hotmail wants to add you, do not accept. This is a very powerful virus which will spread through your contacts and then format your computer.

Please put the word out, so you will save other people from this virus.

Also do NOT add the person with the e-mail address : [email protected] this is a hacker which, will take over your computer with a hacking program!

Please spread the word!!!

Just a heads up, stay safe peeps.

You guys know these are typically fake right?

Nobody can just 'take over your computer with a hacking program.' Unless you have a trojan, or some sort of malicious program on your computer they are connecting to. This is a big wad of BS.

and in order for that trojan to be there, your computer will already be infected  so really, anyone can connect to your computer by that point, as long as they know what they are doing.

an msn contact, cannot infect your computer either, since a contact isnt any form of binary or executable file. which is why something like 90% of virii are transported through email attatchments.

opti probably knows more than i do though, so ill let him contradict anything ive said thats wrong :p

Sounds like somebody is angry at [email protected] and [email protected] and decided to get their revenge by trying to get people to not befriend them on MSN OH NOES.
Heh, that's the same thing I thought. People just try to start scares with these stupid "alerts" anyway. "OH NOES! UBAR HACKERS ARE GONNA STEAL ALL MY MEGAHERTZ THRU MSN!?!!!!111"

That's why you use Gaim instead. It's better than Trillian in every way. =O
