New Good VideoCard.

i can order this Video card on my work for about $70,-
wondering if u guys could inform me if its a good one, i don't want to go higher on the price.

after i tryed to play S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and i got this message at the install ^^

The 7300 series are actually good performers for the price, and should allow you to play Stalker, I'm not sure If stalker can revert to a Direct X 8.0 rendering path... But have ya tried it?

If that's all you can afford, go for it! It will be leagues better then the Geforce3, but I suggest a 7300GT, 7600GS, or a 7600GT, with the former being the cheapest, and the 7600GT being the most expensive. I got a 7600GS, and it runs everything fine.

But still though, install STALKER, because since the game has been in development for 5 years, they left their DX8 code in, so I suggest you try running with STATIC LIGHTING, and if it runs well, keep the Geforce3 (you would be forced to run Static Lighting unless you get a 7900GS at least, so just try.)
