It's a saiyan, and he's Super Saiyan 3. His hair is in a ponytail in other picks like the one at the bottom of this post. When I tried the ponytail here, it made his hair look smaller.

Yeah, there was some stuff to the right, it was nothing, just doodle.

And Nighthawk, I don't see carpets of fuzz on his skin. So bite me.

Well i liked the first drawing a lot..
But then you posted this second one, I'm not flaming and I don't want this to sound like a crit...But i don't know how to say this..Your good with proportions but the tails you draw suck..

BTW...Sorry but I couldn't keep my eye off how messed up and short the tail is.;/

EDIT: your good though, keep it up I'm sure you can draw better tails soon..
