Is it possible to make a City map so when you are melee'd right and you hit a building you go through it?

You would have to make the buildings breakable.
You could do this with a few of them, but it wouldn't be a good idea to do it with all buildings in the map.

i think he means, like if someone melee you into a bulding it will get destoryed/break, but any beams and stuff... will not destory it or will if u hit alot of beams into it, maybe try go to breakable then the "flags" tag, and tick Instant Crowbar, i dono if it will work, but its worth a try right? hm if it works, tell me ;p and u can do it to as many as u like, just could get a bit laggy when playing..

Sure I am going to try that and if it works I'll let you know, but this will be my first map so its just going to be a little quick experiment with probably like one building just to see if it works.

if you make to many things breakable or make something big like a whole huge building break then your map will be super laggy just to let you know...

or you could just make a few breakable buildings because they may be weaker than others, im thinking about a less laggy map.

you could also do this with other maps and make certain rocks or boulders breakable, great idea m8!

Did you guys ever play the Specialists mod?cause in this mod you can jump through windows(there are a lot of them in every map!)and there are a lot of things you can destroy so why shouldn´t things like that work with
esf?

it is possible


however u for window breaking type of thing it would have to be added into the esf code

so if that was added it could potentaly work but it would still cause whole lot of lag and rspeed whordom

i´m just working on an map anf half of it can be blown up... (i don´t know if i am gonna release it because its more a testmap to learn how to map) i don´t know if its possible to melee someone through a wall but i will test this!

i had started a map for The Specialists mod.. it was a big bulding with windows all around the bulding every bit, and it was fine, well the fps where fine the r_speeds where pretty high, but it had the bomb as stairs in it :D, i almost got it finshed, all i had to do was put stuff into the bulding so it didn't look so empty, i should really get if finshed.... maybe.
But even with all the breakable windows, it wasn't laggy, but if u put it into esf it would be i guess, becouse with all the beams and stuff going around...
