New aim virus!

There is a chain mail message thats sending and making people send out a pic. I think this should be right here instead of the Tech forum.


Example of the virus or Message: DO NOT CLICK THE LINK!!!
*UNKNOWN*: LOL LOOK AT HIM wtfhost.com/images/picture.pif !?!!@

Just remember the url, and you will be fine. This virus is created.

Unknown as the user can be anyone, your friends, your family, or maybe one user from here. Becare ful what you click on!

I received a similar message, just that it said "LOL, is this you? "insert link here". It's not actually a jpg, it's some other extension, so if you click on any link and it asks you to download anything other than a .jpg, gif etc... then don't do it.

lol, if you're stupid enough to click on a link to an executable file (yes pif is technically executable) in ANY program, you're probably deserving of said virus.

Then it probably asked you to login to view the list right?

Only login on official websites.
