NES games :o!

So, I was in the mall while I was on vacation. True story.

Hah, if only I could end it with that. Anyway, so I was passing this game store, and lo and behold there was a Nintendo Entertainment System sitting there for 20 bucks. Now, it's a classic, so I'm super skeptical about the price. So I the employee there was like "I see you checking out that NES there, you interested?" I was like "I'm interested to know what's wrong with it, with a price like that." And he replied with "Nothing's wrong, it's 20 dollars for only the NES, 1 controller and the wires to go with it, no games." I was like "Yeah, still skeptical"

Anyway to make a long story short, he assured me it was in perfect working condition and said he'd throw in a gun, and a game for free. So I was like "If it doesn't work can I take it back" he said yes, and for 20 bucks I left with a game an nes with the cables a controller and gun. The game was marrio and duck hunt.

It works great so here's where you come in.

Aside from the basics that I, of course, must have (Zelda's, marios) what games would you recommend.

I'd try and get all the mario games. I remember playing those as a kid and could play them for hours on end.

Lol, I've still got my original NES with two controllers and the gun.

I haven't played in awhile but it still works.

I have:

Super Mario/Duck hunt
Tetris
Ikari Warriors II: Victory Road
Golgo 13: Top Secret Episode
Ultima: Exodus
Blades of Steel

I think thats it.....Also I still have some of the original boxes the games came in, a little worse for the ware, but still in pretty much one piece.

heh, i remember buying an N64, with 4 controllers, rumblepacks for all, goldeneye, perfect dark, and ocarina of time. plus a dreamcast, with crazy taxi, for £50.

It was used. It's not in perfect condition, but for 23 years old, it's in excellent condition.

Yeah I've been looking on ebay, so far I haven't won anything. Right now I'm trying to get super mario 2 and 3 along with both zelda's.

After that I'm going to check into games people are suggesting. So keep them coming, if they're fun games you enjoyed playing go ahead and post!
