Dude, You need to take the polycount down a bit. almost 3k polys, and it has no
modeled in folds, creases or nothin. You need to do some serious poly zappin.
I'm not exactly lovin this model, but what it needs is some tough love man. Kill
them polys O_O. Looks like the legs are about 10 or 12 sided. Which was one of
your main problems. If your doin a low poly model, then should almost always start
out with a 8 or 6 sided clynder for the legs, trust me, it will save alot of polys.

And also if you want to save polys, I suggest doing the big toe big block thing.
I used to hate doin it, but it looks good after you give it a good skin and saves alot
of polys. Needs alot of work, but its a start.

try to remove the line in the middle, also give the cilinders of the legs less faces for a big poly redusing.

I did a little drawover for the legs. The yellow lines are unneeded edges that you can easily remove to drop the polycount.

UPDATE:

Reduced some polies a few places... But the main problem is the hands...
They're actually 400-500 polies each :O Modelled them from a high poly tut and cutted down but it was a bit hard.. This is still only my second model...
And the model isn't meant to be that low poly... I don't think I'm going to put it in a game... Maybe join a NarutoMod for Half-Life 2 or so sometime with it... But naaahh... No plans right now... We'll we'll...

heh ive got a math exam next week so good luck on that, about the model, i think the leg muscles are too thin from the side, the torso just looks flat out like a cylinder from the front, and next time do ur renders with a grey backgroud, it works the best, but its a decent model

That's the least of his problems right now... the face (especially the area around the eyes) needs alot of care and attention ;)
