What are some of the gaming franchies--titles that were neglected in any of the previous generations of gaming-- you would like to see make a return for the any of the next-generation gaming consoles. I'll list some of mine below first.

Megaman Legends definately needs at least one final chapter. After all, they still haven't found the mother lode. All other questions have been answered except for "Where and What is the Mother Lode?"

Also, Super Mario RPG continuations would be great if SE works with nintendo on one.

I want a 3D Megaman Zero game with uber graphics, sick-ass action and extensive, deep gameplay that doesn't totally suck like all other 3D Megaman games, excluding Megaman Legends.

I want a new Vortex game for Wii. NOW.

i think the snes mmx games were sort of neglected

after each game, there was a hint to the next story, and it made you want to play the next game

Why are you listing NiGHTS under "Wii"? NiGHTS games have come out for both the PS2 and Sega Saturn. And as far as I know, no NiGHTS sequels are in the making.

Because it's not a real sequel. Or even a full NiGHTS game, for that matter. If I remember correctly, it's just a bunch of silly EyeToy minigames thrown together with SEGA mascots in them.

Main thing that comes to my mind besides that, would be Banjo Kazooie, Toe Jam and Earl and a REAL paltformer Kirby game.

I seriously can't think of any game series I liked on the PS that didn't get the sequel treatment for PS2. Although I hope they keep making Tenchu's, the last one got kinda bad reviews so I don't know if they'll continue making them to next-gen.

Twisted Metal wasn't neglected though, there was Twisted Metal Black for the PS2.
