I hope your kidding. Kirby has got to be one of the easiest...things to model.
Google does wonders, give it a try.

Back is same as front, just remove the face and turn the shoes around....

Seriously, he looks easy, but unless you meshsmooth it after ur done,
it can get a little annoying working with such a round character.
But if you seriouslly want to do him, try to make it low poly and smooth
it shouldn't be too hard.

haha nutz, u crack me up. Its a round character so why do u need refs?

Uhm. When i modeled kirby. I didnt use a ref for the model. Or the skin. Because...hes a ball. With wings. And clown shoes. If you need refs for that....their is no hope for you.
