Need help skinning

I've looked all over to find out how to do this but couldnt find anything that would tell me. im starting a skin, but i dont know how to make wrinkles in the characters clothes. can anyone help me out?

Sorry, but if i let you do it then that wouldnt really be making the skin. I dont want you to do it for me, i want to know HOW to do it myself. You cant go through life having everyone do everything for you =P
