Well here is my problem:

When i start Earth Special Forces i can't make a game i can't learn how to play my only thing i can use are consel, muilplayer configuration mod listion and manual

what is my problem

Give us more detail... what happens whe nyou start the mod, are the options gray-ed out? IS it not starting up at all? I need to know more before i can help you.

Can you connect to a server? Cuse if it's just that you can't make a game, you might have to reinstail hl.

there is no "new game" or "hazard course" in ESF ... there's no single player ... so
you've to press
Multiplayer -> LAN game -> Create game

try to download "All Seeing Eye" or "Gametiger" to join servers in internet ...
