That's a pretty slick site, although it takes forever to load! Whew!

What exactly would you need staff for? What would they do? etc.

Edit: Just as a final note, you may want to make the page end somewhere on the bottem. It looks... unfinished.

Yea. I kinda agree with that. It seems like it doesnt end...
Maybe you should leave some space between the bottom and the last few lines
