Dude, as far as I know, NeD specifically said he didn't want anyone skinning/editing his models in any way.

Did he grow a new chest on his head or am I missing something here?

I would say the colors look alright, but theres some spots where orange and blue meet that it's kind of odd..sort of ZigZagish

No, on the SoS forums and probobly other forums, NeD released an Sdk of his vegito for people to skin, all he said was that you cant release it.

Well there is some orange spots you missed try making the detail abit more darker than too light you can barely see the detail also try making more detail on his upper parts try making a fold line going down. That's all I can crit on looks very nice.

I would make a thin black line going between where the orange and blue mix so it looks sharper and more smooth

Try scaling the brightness down a bit on both, it should look better.

Only crits are that the creases don't seem natural if you know what I mean, they're hanging oddly. The eyebrows are far too thick and the lines on his neck/upper pectorals are a bit too defined, you could blur them up a bit to make them less obvious. Good job :D
