It's called "Naruto." You can buy the manga at most major bookstores, or wait for the dubbed anime coming to the US and Canada in a few months. Awhile after that, the DVDs will come out, presumably with dual language tracks.

You could order the japanese DVDs that have english subtitles too, I think at Playasia or somewhere. My brother ordered a lengthy Naruto DVD collection online. So if dubbed version's voices suck/ you don't want to wait until the series is completely dubbed, I suggest you order the japanese DVDs.
