I've never really played any previous Naruto game, nor do I want to.
Although after watching this, I actually want to play this!
Free roaming in Naruto? =O

They don't show you all that much. Free roaming in any type of fantasy universe is fun, and I'm sure this would be fun for all the Naruto fans. But honestly, a lot of us are so far ahead of the children fans in the US, and I can bet you they'll cut this game down only to play up to the Chuunin exams, or maybe the 3rd's death. So we'd get that feeling like "We want the real action. This is ancient history. None of these battles fascinated me. They're also done with. Hey, he's dead. Oh he's dead too."

The older fans, and I am certain of this, are probably only going to play for the Akatsuki, and I doubt they'll be in this.

Lol that's going to probably be true.

Since it's an American release (finally an exclusive one, or at least the first Naruto game that was made first in America), they can only go so far. I would like to at leat get as far as where everybody is trying to chase after Sasuke.

I have no idea where the American Naruto stands, but I would at least like an option for Japanese voices. I supposed I'm used to them and the character Naruto just sounds so much better Japanese. The others, besides Rock Lee, sound alright.

This sounds very fun. Hopefully the combat will have decent depth so online battles will be interesting. I hope it's not like "Uzumaki Chronicles" fighting, which got rather boring after a while. The Chakra skill learning seems fun. I would love to be able to leap through Konoha. And how much fun I would have if Rock Lee was in with his 8 gate opening.

The best part in Naruto is the Chuunin exams. Akatsuki = Boring

But perhaps I haven't gotten far enough in the Anime yet.
