Wow, not bad, I would say that on the side view, his chin and nose stick out way too far.

In a word, Excellent.

Crits:-
1. His groin area seems to be a little long in proportion to his ass
2. Backs of his arms are a little screwed up.
3. Backs of legs look a little deformed
4. Feet are pointed
5. Face needs to be a little flatter as Optimus suggested.
6. The "V" on the chest goes to far down.

Im really just being very picky, its an excellent one of the best/better mystic gohan models i have seen.
*Also noticed the skinning technique was very "azn" like but didnt know if it was him. *

I'd like to see a few flat shaded and wireframe images of possible. The model itself looks really good, nice proportions and all. The skin leaves a great deal to be desired though.
