I mean i dont know how to rotate the one layer and not all of them so could you help?

select all while having that layer chosen, Edit > Transform > Rotate (whatever ya want)

or

Edit > Free Transform and hold the pointer outside the corner area and it should make a lil rotate pointer

I may be wrong, but I do beleive you can only have 2 sigs.

Well I can always copy them all onto one stage and resave it, lol

You have to many sigs. Remove two of them before all of them are removed for you.
