My internet = ***

So earlier today my internet bombed out and my CS ping was around 600, but after a while it went down.

Biored, Decided to download GunZ, and im doing the update.

The update moves at somewhat 6 b/s.

No, not 6 kb/s, six bytes per second.

is there ANYTHING I can do at all to help speed this pain staking process up?

I have comcast, but this is ridiculous. its slower then 56k

and my friend is downloading at a whooping 100 kb/s

Do you have a download limit in place on your isp contract?.

GunZ took a long time to download for me too, I had ****ty speeds too.

Have you tried other i-net-intensive programs/games?

fyi it was kb/s, not k/s. 100 kb/s doesnt seem fast, but when your going only 4b/s, it seems like lightning, godly fast

That's why I love my cable internet. I see a lot of people using internet with a bandwidth limiter though, I would seriously die if I had one of those. I've seen on the internet programs that would speed up your internet, but I think it is all bull if you ask me.
