Maybe pl should decrease the amount of block breakers u get... like when I watch dbz the strong people easily block weaker guys' attacks.

thats on there already. try to a block struggle with a low PL and high PL. youll do better with a higher one... im pretty sure.

Oh whoops you were talking about melee... yup, just look at what the person under me said.

This is incorporated because people with higher PL's get less randoms, therefore they should be hit by Block Breaking capable hits less often.
