I am no pro but...WOW...you first sig looks much better than my sig but I don´t like the bg.

Good for a beginner. I don't enjoy the background, it just doesn't click for me, but the text and the beveled stuff are nice, also its good to learn Blending when your a beginner, cause it can make or break a sig, so can the placment of images and text/font. So learn those aspects.
