you mean the joints are all messed up?? it couldn't be cos i used the esf goku and then just took off the hair and added s-bolt--'s ssj2 hair :D took along time taking off that hair anything else?

I just said that s bolt.He assigned the joints to the wrong part of the body

If you animated it your self try taking a look at where the joints are assigned.Because esf models sometimes have this problem in the water.Take off some joints that are in wrong places and put them where they are needed

Even if you didnt animate it yourself.Take off the joints that are in wrong places.This is a animation problem

how do i find the joints which are in the wrong places??? this is the goku model from ersens and the hair is from s-bolt--'s ssj2 gohan :D

It may also be because you're using the ESF Goku animations.

Dunno what to do about it, but just my two cents.

which bone structure did you import?
if it was not the orional goku.mdl bones, you may have not assigned the vertexes to the bones correctly, like if you look in model viewer with another model like krillin and mouth blast animation
