they aren't doing any of movies and GT things
and this is will be a lot longer time to finish the game

The game is based on Dragonball Z , so it will not be included.

At least as far as characters and abilities go. Maps are a different thing though.

Its simply no movies. Canon or not.

Transformations will be the usual ones. With the only iffy form being Trunks in his buffed up state since he lacks a proper SSJ2. It was a compromise for the sake of game balance. Hence why Vegeta doesnt get it, but gets SSJ2.

Also with the Transformations will Ssj2 and 3 have more of an effect on your Ki...because right now Ssj2 seems to make your Ki regenerate really quick where as Ssj3 makes it go down..so will it be similar to the Manga and Anime in anyway?....and let's just say I'm a Vegeta Ssj1 or 2..would my chances of taking down a Mystic Gohan or Ssj3 Goku be more slim than lets say....me being able to take out a ssj2 Goku with Ssj2 Vegeta.

DB has no defined canon. BOG is not officially confirmed to be true to the manga.

Battle of Gods is confirmed canon which also makes Yo Son Goku and Friends Canon as Tarble is mentioned. Will Master Roshi be put in the game as a joke character with his Max Power form?

Broly is the worst movie villain. He goes batshit insane because Goku cried and now he's blood thirsty for anyone who looks in anyway similar to him.
