Some of the characters do look slightly off, but I'm convinced this is all because of the angle. :3 So I wouldn't worry.

Goku's animations, from what we've seen, look incredibly smooth and awesometastic. I'm especially loving the Kamehameha and Melee animations. <3 Darktooth is teh secks! o/

Yeah the animation is looking awesome, later once the thing is more finished, will they all stand completely face on like goku is doing? Also will the camera also be the same distance from all forms and characters, so you can tell the comparitive size difference of the characters and forms?
