Well, they're ok, except you can barely see the pics. The Guild Wars sig is the best out of the three, but you should try and brighten those a bit.

did as you suggested, made them stand out more. I think it looks alot better.

Edit: also made a naruto sig (its still WIP though)

1. Borders, wrap them in a 1-2 pixel line.

2. Don't fade the images, unless they are monotone(same color) as the BG.

3. Don't forget a font.
