I'd kill to have my FPS above 20....

it seems that ESF, dispite my new graphics card and all the tweaks I do, will not go above 20 FPS....25 on a rare occasion. And my computer is a good computer too

I've been told countless times that I'd get 100x better if my FPS weren't so bad. So if anyone knows how to get a better FPS, feel free to PM me their ideas. I'm out of them myself.

Switch your Graphic driver DLL with 3dfx.dll in HL GLDRV folder
if your card is Ati its "Atioglxx.dll"
i dont remember nvidia's

Nope, whats risky about it ?
youre just switching the file to a better one and making your FPS way higher.
