Alright, I'm still just messing around trying to get things to work. I spent about an hour of just messing with settings and render placement and got this:

I can say as of right now the main thing bothering me is the text at the top, but besides that, it seems alright to me . So... crits and comments please.

rain is a rly old effect. To solve your text problem is use white color.
You should make the render more clear
