They currently do that in pretty much every version already. Considering the size of your suggestions, it might be worth putting them into one thread rather than posting a new one every time one pops up (although it wouldn't be necessary to repost the ones you've already posted).

The Scouter has 3 modes represented by colours:
1.) Combined (the square below the radar is half red and half blue)
When you are not looking at anyone it will show a radar overview. When you look at someone (your crosshair turns red) it will switch out the radar for information on the character. That information contains players Class, Players name and Players current PL along with a small outline of the class hes using. So if its Goku youll see a small Goku silhouette. After a few seconds of not looking at someone the information display will switch back to the radar overview.
2.) Radar (the square below the radar is blue)
As the name suggests, this is only the radar. It does not show any information on anyone, only their locations compared to you.
3.) Information (the square below the radar is red)
Like the radar its only the information part of the combined mode. If you look at someone itll display their stats. When there is no target itll be blank though.
Well thats how it works in all versions up to the Open Beta. The Open beta one is a bit different since we combined the radar system with the lock on system. So youll see target information of the locked on person next to them on the screen, while the scouter will only display the radar part of the system.
