here comes a total n00b question.....how in the friggin hell do I get at these damn skins in the original files? I want to reskin piccolo, gohan and krillin to make them look better but I dunno how to open these files

Well get a prog such as milkshape and use the decompile normal HL model option and it extracts the files from the .mdl file textures included
