missing .tga thing

when I enter the console after I startup a game it says "Missing bitmap font format: gfx\vgui\fonts\800_Melee Text.tga" or something like that. what do I do about that? if I need to put it back in... >.<

Its supposed to be there and it aint a problem.

i dont think its suposed to be threr but it isnt a problem aswell as the scouter.tga file that is also missing in some cases
