it's either because your skins aren't indexed .bmp files, or the skeleton is messed up

usually, itz the skeleton, since i've ran into that problem more than enough times.
just try to edit ur model over again, i guess

you may also have too many groups

everything is fine it just dosent load the face from when i open the file(.smd)
