Microphone issues

Ok so a moment my mic was perfectly fine, then I put it near my headphones and play rick roll to have some fun with a friend,the next thing you know he tells me that everytime he talks he's hearing himself, I've had this issue away but it dissapeared on itself.
What sound settings should I apply so that the sounds I hear in my headphones don't flush into the mic?

Do you a Center for all the microphone and sound settings? There should be something called "Noise Suppression" or "Acoustic Echo Cancellation". Seems your microphone is way too sensitive and or your headphones doesn't suppress the sound well enough.
