[spoilers]Dethklok pisses away all their money with Ofdensen dead. At their behest, the must renegotiate with their label to continue making money again. That is until Ofdensen returns from the dead, does a littlle cryptic foreshadowing about bigger things being at work, then episode end. Except the real episode is a lot more awesome and funny.[/spoiler]

You can catch the new episodes on Adult Swim's website on Monday. Same goes for VB which is proving to be a really awesome series with Deus Ex Samson gone.

One of the greatest episodes I think. I want scream activated lighting. Brilliant concept.

I like the music, but the direction Brendon Small is going with the vocals I don't like too much. I liked the music because (to me) it was better than most other death metal, fake band or not. Now the vocals sound less like Nathan and more like Brendon Small, the low death metal grunts always sounded way cooler than the black metal punk-ass scream.


Other than that little nit-pick I really liked the premiere. Ofdensen is so badass.

I knew he couldn't be dead. They wouldn't have a show without him, Dethklok would have been shut down in that episode if he didn't come back.

I do agree about the vocals, but I'm sure the strain of doing death metal grunts was getting to Brendon so he had to switch things up. **** happens like that in the real metal world also.

Never thought of it that way actually, haha. Well then I can be a little more forgiving to Brendon I suppose, if that would be the case.

Indeed. He's the series one straight man to balance out the 5 goofballs.
