Werent you the one asking if working out like 7 days a week stunt your growth or something? you do that or whatever? You probably pushed your body past the limit buddy. Thats kind of sick, losing 10 pounds and gaining more. My body stays the same, ... all the time. I'd probably see a specialist or something, before you REALLY **** something up.

Instead of creating a new thread, (sorry to steal the thread Walmart_Sec)
Can someone please give a detailed explaination on muscles & tearing.
I read somewhere in the forums here that your muscles tear and uh heal themselves or something simular to that, getting more muscle then before?
Well, when you weight lift (or do any anaerobic workout) then your muscle fibers begin to tear, and then when the muscle heals, the tears are filled with more muscle tissue... Increasing muscle mass and increasing muscle gains.

Oh, and I dont mind the thread hi-jacking man, we'll get both questions answered (yours and mine).

Yeah, I asked a question sorta like that.... I go 5 days a week... but its not very intense at all, so I KNOW for sure that I didn't surpass my limit.

I dunno, i thought it was bad also, but like everyone else said, there are so many things that play a factor in these weight gains/losses.

Lifting is going good though, Ive added 65lbs to my bench in about 4-5 months, My max curl is at 115ish, max squat is almost at 250lbs. Glad it's finally paying off.
