Ya know how when you are fighting with another person and it shows all the arrows you need to press to dodge attacks. What does it mean when is shows 4 arrows pointing up,down,right, and left?

That, I believe, is the random arrow.

When your opponent makes an attack there is a slight chance, depending on how strong the punch or kick is, that it will appear to you as a random. Your only option is to guess as to which direction the attack will come from..

In the manual it explains which chances have a better chance of a random arrow. Im pretty sure the thing is:

Red Arrow: 35% chance of random
Blue Arrow: 25% chance of random
Green ARrow: 15% chance of random

Then again im doing this off the top of my head :x

Also, when fighting in ESF more and more, your skills of evading randoms will increase.
Then you'll be able to guess almost every random ( I can guess 9 times in 10 cases )

Thanks for all the information guys but is there a way to see how good you are at guessing? is there like stats or something? Or do i just continue playing the game and i will get better at guessing

Just keep at it and you will improve. Practice makes perfect

how many second do u have before the arrow turn red and lose ur chance of matching

You can block any advanced melee arrows up untill you actually get hit.
