Melee/beam bug strength bug

when i was goku i shot a kamehameha at someone inmap ESF_battlearena it missed and hit the ground and the radius was like an ssjgoku kamehameha wave my pl was 700.00. the melee bug is like the beam bug when i do a strong attack with goku i did a down arrow strong move and i hit a 16-17 and u an only hit that while SSJ


P.S it only happens when change map level and im first one to choose class

i haven't really had time to look into bugs, but i do notice that when you do melee, and you get hit, the whole level just flashes back and forth, travels accross the screen till you are thrown. like your not outside your players body but inside. i even tried f4 but it didn't work. its making me really dizzy.
