A UT2k4 mod if im not mistaken. Atleast i think it is
Someone correct me if im wrong.

About the model: Looks good, wil u be adding the turtle shell on his back to make him Roshi the Turtle Hermet, or just Roshi in the DBZ saga and not from the DB, and, what refrence pictures r u using, if any? Unless Roshi is just that easy to model without ref lol:laff:
