Halo 2 Master Chief [WIP]

Started a new model today, got the head done. I will probally tweak it a bit once i get the body done. And i thought since there are some Halo 2 fans on the forum i will do a Halo 2 version, so here it is:



Remember, if you wanna help and post some pics or seomthing, keep in mind i am doing the Halo 2 version not Halo1. Because the suit is almost totally different in Halo2. Umm...more updates later.

So far so good, what program are you using?

The helmet needs to be a little taller, with a larger visor, and the parts next to the ears are a bit squarer and head-on:

yea and is this for fun or what cause u need to put more detail into it imo. but good start. I was thinking of making a master cheif model for a long time

What I dont understand is, why make something 3D if its already been modeled in 3D...??

So you can skin it the way youw ant it, and play it on any game you want it.

Sort of off topic, like I dled this mod for BF1942, and it has the halo buggy, why cuz it's funny and cool.

just like the other 400 dbz characters modeled on this board?

about 80% of the things shown here has been modeled in 3d before -_-

Anyways... good start... i would like to see a bodeh!

Looks nice, good luck with the rest of it... and my advice take it slow, and try to make it as good looking as the official one. Ive seen your other work, you can do it.

Quite good raiko/enix what ever :p, im finally on a computer so yeh, im sure some of us would love to see a smooth shaded render sooner then later, but its coming along nicely, damit i wish my computer didnt die i dont have max any more but anyway good job dude!

Finally you are back on, I thoght you died again.Thanks guys, and just for the wubable comments heres a smooth render:



Yet again, it needs some editing. and i just gotta finish the back up and i will do the arms. Its at like 733 polys now, and it CAN definetly be cut down. Updates soon, im takin my time ^_^.

Ok, back to the flats:



The arms need some MAJOR reshaping, and the hands look really newbish, i salvaged them from my rocklee ^_^. I got some serious editing to do on the arms and hands, and its all staying low poly. Its at 1412 polys right now. Im hoping under 2000, but it might go over. o_o

Ok, well im not a very large halo fan but im sure the hands are alot to bulky, slim then downwards a tad, not sure why but im not loving the arms, but its probably will look good with a skin on them, good job so far ;) (Now im onto downloading msn messenger, stupid old laptop)
