too many faces. scale the textures up.
and learn how the quake/hl engine works (yay for in-deph stuff :p)

out of world error = a brush or point entity is out of your hull, so its in the void.
or a brush is on the enge of the grid/outside of the grid. (+/- +4096/-4096)

and next time dont double post, use the edit button instead.

Those are mapping terms that you really need to know if you are going to map.
A face is basically a side of an object I believe, like a cube has 6 faces but more complex shapes have many, many more.

A brush could be a generic object placed by worldcraft like a cuboid or something outside the map, this causing the out of world error.
Same thing with an entity, like a light.

Not if you made an indoor map with a ceiling and the like to seal it off from the void. You didn't mention that you have a leak, but check the rest of your compile log to make sure you don't. You want to find the first problem that the compile mentions, since every problem after that may just be a side-effect of the first one.

I assume you just made the general cube room to test your compile settings? Make it as simple as you can first, just to make sure you're all set up right.
