I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but I couldn't find any information that would suggest it's a feature, so, correct me if I'm wrong.

If this is actually a bug, then how you can reproduce it is by double-tapping while in swoop.

Now, this next one has been a bug ever since ESF Beta 1.2.

This is probably more of a mapping mistake since ESF Beta 1.1 didn't have that. I think that it can be fixed by extending the water brush below the terrain brush used as the bottom of the body of water.

Edit

More bugs:

Frieza can make things that he can use telekinesis on disappear - http://www.megaupload.com/?d=6PD1JPYG

This is what happens when in first person while charging either Frieza's disc or Krillin's disc - http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3R0XP4WU

Edit #2

You can walk inside either the back or the front of the bus in the city map:

You can also walk inside of the building entrances:

Edit #3

I just noticed this with the generic beam when fired - http://www.megaupload.com/?d=XQBAZD4P

It seems to be the same with all characters.

Edit #4

It seems that when you are in close proximity of an alley, but not facing him, the locator shows them as being in front of you.

response to edit #2

its the model's bounding box =o

basically you can turn off the bounding box in valve hammer, and then build invisible brushes to shape the model to give the illusion it's solid.. guess zero didnt do that for the doors and what not

The Frieza telekinesis thing is operating as it's supposed to. You shoulda seen some of the fun we had getting it to operate right. Back in the day, when you released tele on a map model early, it kinda slowly floated up into oblivion :p This is kinda how we solved that problem :p

response to bug of the water, I've made maps and tested it, I've extended the water below the terrain and made it inline, tried all sorts of things, but still nothing seems to help, correct me if I'm wonrg, but maybe it's just some coding gone wrong, and yea I also remember it only being ain 1.2 and not in 1.1

In response to your response. Its the brushes. Dunno why but since ESF came to 1.2 some things got messed up with them. The sky texture doesnt have this problem. But it seems the normal ones are cotted with a layer of air. While the sky texture is coded with a layer of water.

If you play the old ROSAT you can hear that. Just jump from the ground up and you should hear a water efect.
