Making renders is time consuming, but you pretty much just cut out something in an image, usually by removing the background. You can remove the background in a number of ways, such as using the brush tool, polygon lasso tool, etcetera.

When the background only has few colours, it makes things easy, just spam the Magic Wand tool all over the BG and when everything is selected, press delete.
But if the BG is more complex, then you probably have to use eraser around the stock and remove the rest.
