making details on a skin

i started skinning my model and read through the tuts posted here
the one from smo is dead and the on in the compact mega tread is without working pics.

i need to know how to make folds on the cloths

looked through a lot of tutorials but none gave me an answer

if none of those tutorials dont give you an answer then i guess you havent looked at the right ones, or your just not reading it only looking through pictures, ehh search through polycount and cg talk for some good tips, i spent weeks reading through all there forums picking up some tutorial pics along the way, thats how i learned :/
