This is my model, skin . 100 percent from me . I've just reskina and edit my cell saga vegeta ( for ultimate saiyans mod ) n this majin vegeta maybe for release (esf). here's pic of vegeta - cell saga.

The face definetly looks better.
BTW i think Majin Vegeta only had one vein popping out of his head on either side of his face near where his receding hairline meets the face.

less vains on his head, for head must be longer, thingys above his eyes should be lighter (if u make the for head bigger then u can also make the M bigger)

and offcourse more spikes and differnt hair
