Ok, I was havin fun, and was also bored, so I made me a new sig, wanna see it, click here

I used outer and inner glow on the layer. Same with Gotenks

Click the layer you want, then right click it. Goto Blending options, and click on outer glow, NOT the check, the typing, it will automatically check, to edit it, you must play around with it a bit.
