I agree, forearms need to be a tad longer. Keep up the good work!

Looks nice, 3 questions though-

1) How many polies?(so far and what your aiming for)
2)Are you making it for ESF?(and gonna release it)
3)Will you be making his previous forms?

By the way I really like the hair :).

Hmm, well by looking at the face i can see that it would looks like this /\ or there abouts from the top view without the hair, cut a row in the middle of the head above the eyes, down through the eyes to the bottom of the neck and drag it out a tad so the face isnt so pointy,if you dont get what bolteh is trying to tell you is that he has no armpits... go figure :p, i would suggest rebuilding that part, urm another thing you could do is add some smoothing groups, im milkshape go to meterials and see the numbers well select the faces you want in a different smoothing group and click a number 2-31 or so, in max its just in edit mesh, go to faces or quads, select some and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the tab then as i said before click a number, urm if your using a different program from milkshape or max then im not sure, just do what you feel is best for you at the moment of time, good job dude for now!
