I'm asking for a teacher if I may say
someone who would help me go throught photoshop
I have that program but I don't really know how to use it
that's why I want someone to assist me tellin' me what is what
you should watch this
and you get the idea?

You can always ask here, there are plenty of people who know Photoshop well enough to help you any further. For tutorials, I would recommend either http://www.good-tutorials.com/ or http://www.pixel2life.com/. They both have a huge reposistory of tutorials for Photoshop and dozens of other widely used graphical programs. You can also find quite a few tutorials on DeviantArt, I can recommend that one as well.

that really depends what you wanna do with it,

I can throw together a decent texture for a 3d model, but when it comes to actual digital painting or signatures im a fish out of water =P
