Looking for a cheap Video Card

Hey guys, I'm looking for a cheap, but also a good working video card. I'm asking for a cheap video card, so my friend can at least play some games that requires Direct3D / OpenGL. An example? A video card that is able to play Half-Life, i think that should be enough. I hope it's possible you guys can provide me with a list of video cards that is below €35, thanks alot.

Yes, Half-Life 1. Otherwise i would've added the 2 at the end, and thanks for the information. I'll go look on that video card.
