Thats not much of an edit. I mean you just changed the color right? To get the reference smd back into mdl format you first have to have the skin, animations, the reference smd, and qc file in one folder. Then you go to the milkshape tools and then to compile qc file, then you find the qc file in the folder and compile and you should get an mdl file in that folder. I think thats all.
